Broker, Calvin Pierce, began selling North East Texas properties in the Spring of 1993 for Bodeker Real Estate, whom he was with until the agency was sold to Century 21-Branson Realty in 2000. Over the years, Calvin has received numerous awards including:

· Salesman of the Year (1994-2000, Bodeker Real Estate)

·  Quality Service Award (2001, Century 21)

·  Master’s Ruby (2002, 2003, 2004, Century 21)

·  Pacesetter Gold (2004, Century 21)

·  $1.5 Million Producer (2002, Century 21)

·  $2 Million Producer (2003, Century 21)

·  $1.5 Million Producer (2004, Century 21)

·  Sapphire Award (2005, Century 21)

In addition to his work as a broker, Calvin also volunteers in his community as an ombudsman for the New Boston Heath Care and Sunny Acres nursing homes located in New Boston and DeKalb, respectively. He has also served as the Secretary-Treasurer for Central Bowie County Water Supply, Inc.

 

Calvin’s education includes an Associate in Business Administration plus additional hours in real estate courses including: Contract Law, Principles of Negotiation, Brokerage, Appraisal, and Law of Agency.
